Leaking

I am finding that they leak from spout. After pumping I go back later and find that there is puddles under the bottles of all 3 of my bottles. I can only guess it is leaking from the spout minutes later? Could the bottles be leaking??? All 3 gave same issue. I have been very careful and still trying ti figure out the problem.
