Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for all Canadian and US orders over CAD $80 at the method of our discretion. If a buyer places two separate orders with the same shipping address, we will combine the two orders and ship them together unless requested otherwise. 

Shipping

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of CAD $12 for all Canadian and US orders. Items are shipped within 2-4 business days of placing your order.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:
Ontario: 1 - 3 business days
Rest of Canada: 3 - 8 business days
United States: 3 - 7 business days
International: 7 - 21 business days

Broken/Damaged Bottles

We take great care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please reach out to us with your order number and photos if your items arrive damaged.

Lost/Stolen Mail

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost/stolen mail once the order has been marked as delivered.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International deliveries can take up to a month, sometimes longer if the package gets stuck at border control. Please provide a local phone number at checkout as our shipping partners require this in case there are any issues with your delivery.

Please note that buyers are responsible for all customs & duties for International orders.
